The Help Book
The Help Book is an abbreviated version of the 2-1-1 database that contains hundreds of resources to assist social workers, case managers, and families find the correct service to meet their needs or the needs of their clients. The book is indexed and includes appendices with local hospitals, school districts, colleges and universities, professional organizations, and federal, state, county and municipal offices.

To obtain a help book, contact Maria Williams at Maria.Williams@LiveUnitedSEM.org or complete and sumbit an order form. [PDF] The cost of the Help Book is $46.40 ($40.00 plus tax and shipping). Non-profit agencies who provide tax-exempt documentation will not be charged taxes. In addition, shipping costs can be averted by arranging to pick up the Help Book at United Way for Southeastern Michigan.
