Program Description:

Identifies critical health care issues related to access, quality and cost that affect southeast Michigan and to develop a shared action strategy to address those issues.  Develops and implements collaborative strategies, provide advocacy on public policy issues, educate and inform community residents, facilitate action plans and influence improvements in health care quality, cost, and access, for all, to health care services.
